Sara Kyte - Founder and CEO

​

A former senior executive search specialist for an Executive Search and Selection Consultancy Sara has enjoyed a long career in the Not for Profit Sector.

 

Previously worked as Fundraising Director for Norwood (a national children’s charity), during which time she benefited from a 6 month work placement with the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington. She also worked for World ORT Union (an international education charity) and World Jewish Relief (a humanitarian aid charity). She freelanced as a fundraising consultant assisting a number of national charities including the Scout Association.

Having worked in the sector for over 15 years, Sara understands the organisational challenges and issues faced on a day to day basis. Sara’s personal approach has driven success with charities throughout the UK and internationally.

Sara's extensive assignment history includes searches for Chief Executives, Directors, Senior Managers, departmental managers and administrators, whether on permanent or interim contracts. She also works to place Board members, Trustees and non-executive Directors, including Chairs and Treasurers.

Jonathan Lester - Director Executive Search

A sales and marketing director with over 30 years experience solution selling to financial and corporate services at senior management levels with P&L and resourcing responsibilities.

​

Jonathan has resourcing experience from previous roles with financial software vendors specialised in credit finance, loan management; financial performance management; board management and virtual data storage, regulatory compliance and core banking systems.

​

Prior to working within software, Jonathan was a partner with Grant and Partners as a commercial property agent
